Ushio

The London debut of Fukuoka’s acclaimed Ushio, bringing lean Japanese Akami wagyu to Fitzrovia. Cuts shipped from Japan are grilled omakase-style around the counter by the original restaurant’s head chef, alongside slow-cooked wagyu curry, seared tartare, lean carpaccio and a matcha choux bun to finish. Seven-course omakase £95, six-course wagyu selection £55, plus a la carte.
