Perhaps London's most popular onigiri stall, run by owner Masam San at Shepherd's Bush Market. Classics come with an X factor — the tuna mayo features perilla and roasted sesame, and the signature kombu onigiri is filled with kombu, truffle mayo, and cabbage. A permanent West London favourite.
